NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER: Do not accept this Agreement before you read it. Please keep a copy of this Agreement for your records. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact BNB Formula before accepting this Agreement. 

BNB Formula hereby sells to Customer the goods and services comprising the BNB Accelerator Coaching Program (“Program”). Customer agrees to pay for the Program in full upon Customer’s acceptance.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties unless modified in writing executed by both parties. There are no verbal agreements. Except as described below this Agreement cannot be cancelled except by the express written agreement of both parties hereto and the Customer expressly undertakes that his/her liability under the Agreement terms shall begin upon the authorization of this Agreement and shall not end or terminate unless BNB Formula consents in writing.

No warranty is made by BNB Formula regarding any information, services or products provided in connection with the Program. BNB Formula expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation, any warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or content of information, products or services and any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent the exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by law.

In the event of non-payment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Customer shall pay interest of 1½% per month and all collection costs, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by BNB Formula in collecting amounts due under this Agreement.

Customer affirms that he/she is the owner of the below referenced credit card and that his/her name is referenced on the front of the credit card. Customer affirms that he/she is the owner of the account from which funds originate, if sending a wire transfer.

Customer understands they will have one on one access for 90 days to an Accelerator coach,via a messaging audio phone app, as well as email. Customer will also have access to 6 months of group coaching calls with Brian Page.

Accelerator Coaches may respond after hours but are only required to respond Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM EST. If there are any weekdays where a coach can not respond within 24 hours, BNB Formula may extend the coaching beyond 90 days.

By electronic authorization, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorizes BNB Formula to immediately charge the credit card provided in the amount of $5,997.00 in payment for the purchase of the Program.
